1. Identity and Address of the Controller

This Privacy Policy is established in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Kimberly Rosa Gil Lara (hereinafter referred to as "AnacareSoft"), with Federal Taxpayer Registry GILK921120LV9 and registered address at Calle Principal 324 Ladrillera, Monterrey 64830 Nuevo Leon, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data.

At AnacareSoft, the security and confidentiality of our clients' information (Care Facilities) and, especially, residents' clinical information, is our top priority. This Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data in connection with our SaaS Service and mobile applications.

2. Types of Information Collected

2.1. Client Data (Administrative)

This information is collected during contracting and administrative use:

Care Facility name.
Contact information (emails, phones) of administrators and key staff.
Billing and subscription data linked to the fiscal responsible.

2.2. Service Data (Clinical and Operational)

This is the data the Client enters into the platform, and is considered Sensitive and Confidential Data:

Resident information (names, dates of birth, health condition).
Medical records, vital signs, care plans, and medication administration.
Staff records and shift schedules.

3. Specific Policy for the "AnacareSoft Familia" Mobile Application

This section describes data handling for users of our mobile application available on Android and iOS:

Informational Nature: The app is exclusively a data viewer. It displays situational information, daily vital signs, and the resident's general status independently captured by Care Facility staff. The app does not collect or request new clinical data.
Access Credentials: The only data the application actively requests and processes are the email address (previously provided by the family member to the facility) and an access password generated by the Care Facility. These are used exclusively to authenticate the user's identity and protect access to medical information.
Third-Party Data: The clinical information displayed belongs to the resident. Since the family member has voluntarily contracted the facility's services for the care of their loved one, the information is presented solely as a direct report to the responsible family member.

4. Use of Information

AnacareSoft uses information exclusively for the following purposes:

Provide the Service: Enable the full operation and functionality of the SaaS platform and mobile application, including family member login and sending notifications via WhatsApp API to responsible family members.
Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Account Management: Process payments and manage subscriptions on behalf of Kimberly Gil.

5. Data Security and Confidentiality

5.1. Data Protection. Service Data is stored in individual encrypted databases. We implement technical measures to protect information against unauthorized access. All communication between apps and servers is encrypted via SSL/HTTPS protocols.

5.2. No Third-Party Sharing. AnacareSoft does not sell or share data with third parties, except as required by law.

6. ARCO Rights and Contact

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you (Access), why we use it and the conditions of its use. You also have the right to request correction of your personal information, that we delete it from our records or databases (Cancellation), or to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).
