AnacareSoft provides an exclusive portal for authorized family members and contacts. Check vital signs, general status, and receive notifications about your loved one's care at the facility, from any device.
Go to Settings → Security (or Privacy depending on your device) and enable "Install apps from unknown sources". On Android 8 or higher, this option appears when you open the downloaded file.
Tap the download button from this Android device. The file will be saved in your Downloads folder.
Open the anacaresoft-familia.apk file from your Downloads folder and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Your username and password to log in to the app are provided directly by the facility where your loved one resides. Contact them if you have not received them yet.
We are working to make the AnacareSoft family app available in the Apple App Store very soon. In the meantime, you can access all information from the Web version.
No installation needed — check your loved one's information in real time directly from your browser. The web portal includes:
Temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and more.
History and trends of your loved one's vital signs.
General information and up-to-date care status.
Relevant alerts and updates about your loved one's care.
The portal link and access credentials (username and password) are provided directly by the facility where your loved one resides. Contact the facility administration if you have not received them yet.
