Terms and Conditions of Service - AnacareSoft

This service agreement is entered into between the Client (hereinafter the "Care Facility") and Kimberly Rosa Gil Lara (hereinafter "AnacareSoft"), with RFC: GILK921120LV9 and address at Calle Principal 324 Ladrillera, Monterrey, C.P. 64830, Nuevo León, México. By using our software, you accept the terms described herein.

1. Service Description and Use

1.1. SaaS Service. AnacareSoft is a Senior Care Facility Management System (SaaS), provided through a web platform legally operated by Kimberly Rosa Gil Lara.

1.2. Messaging Integration. The service includes integration with communication interfaces (such as the WhatsApp Business API) for sending operational notifications and reports to residents' responsible family members.

1.3. Hosting and Security. The Service operates from high-availability cloud servers. Each client has an individual database, ensuring the security and confidentiality of clinical information under AnacareSoft's technical responsibility.

1.4. License of Use. AnacareSoft grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during the subscription period.

2. Subscription and Financial Conditions

  • Service invoicing will be issued under the fiscal regime of Kimberly Rosa Gil Lara.
  • Pricing is based on a monthly or annual prepaid subscription model.
  • Non-payment will result in suspension of platform access and integrated notification services.

3. Implementation and Support

3.1. Timelines. The initial implementation is estimated at 2 to 4 weeks after delivery of information by the Client.

3.2. Technical Support. Support is offered through the official email: contact@anacaresoft.com and authorized phone channels Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

4. Confidentiality and Data Ownership

4.1. Ownership. The Client retains full ownership of entered data. AnacareSoft, represented by Kimberly Rosa Gil Lara, acts solely as a data processor for service operation purposes.

4.2. Security. We apply technical encryption measures and security protocols to protect clinical information against unauthorized access.

5. Modifications to the Terms

AnacareSoft reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the service after an update implies acceptance of the new conditions. For legal questions about this agreement, contact through the identity details mentioned in section 1.
