1. Identity and Address of the Controller

This Privacy Policy is established in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Kimberly Rosa Gil Lara (hereinafter referred to as "AnacareSoft"), with Federal Taxpayer Registry GILK921120LV9 and registered address at Calle Principal 324 Ladrillera, Monterrey 64830 Nuevo Leon, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data and the operation of the AnacareSoft Familia mobile application (available for Android and iOS platforms).

At AnacareSoft, the security and confidentiality of information about care facility residents and their family members is our top priority. This policy transparently describes how data is handled within our mobile application.

2. Informational Nature of the Application

The AnacareSoft Familia application has an exclusively informational and display purpose for the resident's responsible family member:

  • Data Viewer: The app does not collect, request, or capture new clinical data. It only serves to reflect situational information that facility staff independently capture in the central system.
  • Information displayed: Daily vital signs data and the resident's general status.

3. Types of Information Collected and Processed

3.1. Access Credentials (Only data collected by the App)

To access the application and ensure that medical information is viewed only by authorized persons, the following is required:

  • Email address: Previously provided by the family member to the facility upon contracting the service. Used as a user identifier.
  • Access password: Generated directly by the facility for the family member's login.

This data is used exclusively to authenticate your identity at login and is not shared with third parties.

3.2. Third-Party Data (Residents)

The application exposes sensitive data related to residents' health. Since the family member has voluntarily contracted the facility's services and has given consent for patient monitoring, this information is handled under strict confidentiality standards and is only available to duly authenticated users.

4. Use of Information

The information managed through the application is processed exclusively for:

  • Validating the family member's access credentials to allow secure entry.
  • Remotely displaying the resident's health status and vital signs in real time to their respective family member.

5. Data Security and Confidentiality

5.1. Encryption and Security. All communication between the mobile application and our servers travels through encrypted channels (SSL/HTTPS). Clinical information is not permanently stored in the mobile device's local storage.

5.2. No Third-Party Sharing. AnacareSoft does not sell, rent, or share access credentials or viewed clinical data with any entity outside the contracted service, except as required by competent authorities.

6. ARCO Rights and Contact

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, why we use it and the conditions of its use (Access). You also have the right to request correction of your personal information (Rectification), that we delete it from our records or databases (Cancellation), or to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).
